These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and jl110 ("jl110," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jl110 online gaming platform available at jl110.app, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a jl110 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through jl110, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jl110's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl110 Platform and close your account. Continued use of jl110 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on jl110, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jl110 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the jl110 Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Members.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jl110 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jl110 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jl110 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

jl110 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) jl110 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering for a jl110 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl110 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your jl110 account credentials with any third party. jl110 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

jl110 implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. All Members are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include government-issued Philippine IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card.

All transactions on jl110 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl110 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jl110's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on jl110 is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your jl110 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. jl110 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. jl110 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jl110 may withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

jl110 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all jl110 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your jl110 account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• jl110 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the jl110 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

jl110 uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. All game outcomes on jl110 are final once confirmed by the system.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl110 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, jl110 cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session and reserves the right to void bets placed during a verified system malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl110 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one jl110 account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jl110 games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in jl110's systems for financial gain.
• Using the jl110 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing jl110 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jl110 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jl110's software or security systems.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl110 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jl110 Platform without prior written consent from jl110.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl110 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl110 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jl110's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jl110 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their jl110 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl110 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jl110 makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

You may close your jl110 account at any time by contacting jl110 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

jl110 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or for any other reason jl110 deems appropriate. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, jl110 may forfeit the account balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the jl110 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl110 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of jl110 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

jl110 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl110 will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, jl110 may also send an email notification to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the jl110 Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using jl110 and close your account.
